Mike has over 25 years of experience working in the medical device industry. Mike has led R&D teams at start-ups resulting in 3 successful acquisitions to corporate partners. In all 3 companies, Mike joined full-time when the concept was still “on paper” and brought the product through the development cycle to regulatory approval and commercial launch. In addition, Mike has worked for Boston Scientific and Abbott Laboratories as well as consulted for multiple start-ups.

Nancy is the founder and President/CEO of Lincé Consulting, LLC, a consulting organization focused on delivering top-quality, responsive regulatory, clinical and quality consulting services.
